Shipping & More

We ship packages Monday through Friday except for US holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Our Standard Shipping is FREE. We generally ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail or Standard Post. You generally will receive your order between 3 and 8 business days after you order (Monday-Saturday delivery), but our FREE shipping does not have a guaranteed delivery time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you wish to speed up your order or need to have a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us to make arrangements.

DELIVERIES TO APO/FPO military addresses: Shipping time varies and is longer than the usual Priority Mail shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Contact us for shipping rates and arrangements.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:  If you find that a product has been damaged during shipping, you MUST contact Handcrafted Art Traditions within 48 hours so that we can make an insurance claim. Do not discard the box or any packing material, the condition of which will be helpful in making the claim.

INVENTORY: Handcrafted Art Traditions offers many one-of-a-kind art pieces and items produced in small quantities. We make every effort to list for sale only items that are available for immediate shipment; however, in the event that an item purchased is no longer available, you will be notified and will have the option of choosing another item or receiving a full refund.

RETURNS: We want you to be satisfied with all your Handcrafted Art Traditions purchases. We accept the return of an item if it has not been damaged in any way and if it is shipped back to us within 15 days after you receive it. After we have received your return package, we will refund the amount you paid for the item (shipping charges are not refunded). Returns must be shipped insured to the following address: Handcrafted Art Traditions, 4207 SE Woodstock Blvd., Suite 195, Portland, OR 97206.
