Papercut Tree—Dogwood

  • 3000

Judith Meyers of Colorado created this glorious blooming dogwood tree complete with birds and rabbits. The tree is 10 in. high and is constructed with dusty pink and white paper. Judith created her ornaments and trees using a papercutting style inspired by the German tradition called “Scherenschnitte.” The artist designed and cut her original pieces by hand. Then, a woman in Montana used a laser cutter to produce the pieces in very small batches. Like all of Judith’s papercuts, the Dogwood papercut tree comes with a protective folder, a mailing envelope, and a vellum insert giving directions for use and handling. A story telling the legend of the dogwood will be included in the folder.

We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States.

NOTE: To honor Judith Meyers, from now through Dec. 31, 2016, 50% of the sales price of her papercuts will go to the Southern Plains Land Trust.
